Price is fine. Some workers up front are friendly and professional and helpful. Wait time (whether I've dropped by or set an "appointment") is ALWAYS 2+ hours. I'd rather go somewhere else that's faster and $15 more expensive. No comment on guys in the back since I didn't really interact with them.
The people at the Hueytown location are awesome!!! Super nice. I will definitely go back.
Unprofessional workers and apparently not well trained. Video footage uncovered of a worker hired here beating on a Subaru STI. Was on the phone the entire time with his friend describing how the car was "so cool". He proceeded to rev the car to the rev limiter and also slip the clutch on almost every shift. The worker should be fired and this store boycott. This wasn't my car but it made me disgustingly angry to see how a company could allow something like this to happen. The car should be looked over for free and all damages repaired. There's no way he didn't cause damage. The videos all over, it's easy to find.
This location is usually busy but they always communicate what is going on and what your wait time will be. I always receive friendly service here.
