Not all, but most employees refuse to make eye contact because they don't want to help you. But I think we all know that Walmart is an unfortunate necessity. Walmart definitely is not what it used to be when Sam Walton was alive, but it is still the place to go to to find exactly what you need at good prices.
Employees are not friendly at all. Always junkie. You can never shop freely because there is always big piles of stuff in the middle of the floor that needs to be stocked.

One of the worst wall Mart I have seen. Out of stock in so many areas. Does not matter what day it is. Worked for Frito lay and many Wall Mart's.country stores And Urban. It's like they can't keep up. Changes need to be made. Not the employees. This is a management problem.. Can't stock the shelves. Wake up.
If you want to get in and out quickly, I suggest the 10- 30 minutes wait for self checkout. If you want a cashier to do checkout, you could be there for hours. Walmart has definitely gone downhill in the customer service department.
Location is the most convenient, service can be slow at times sometimes within reason. Some items when CH are hard to find are made available but at times can be out of stock and kills convenience of making it a one stop shopping experience. It is clean and isles are not cluttered.
